Description
A coffee table that is both furniture and sculpture designed for authentic living spaces. Two identical wooden shells are arranged together in a reversed posture and are joined to create a sculptural structure for the glass top.
The table was named Élevé, a ballet term that derives from the French verb élever meaning “to raise” and it refers to how the table’s parts seem to be lifted from the ground in a playful composition that suggests the lightness and motion of dance moves.
Materials & Production
The table’s base is made of blocks of steam-bent solid ash wood and the top is in 12mm toughened transparent glass. The base is finished by hand and colored in a transparent water-based lacquer.
Numbered series, made to order. Made in Italy.
