Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
We guarantee either a full refund of the cost of the purchased item or a replacement for any items that were delivered to you faulty.
Please note, custom products cannot be returned or exchanged.
We accept only refund and exchange requests made within 15 days of receiving your order.
Your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unused, with any labels and tags, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We cannot refund any shipping payments made by you when placing the order.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
