Shipping policy

Sandro Lopez will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order that they have been received. 

Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery time during check-out. Standard shipping time for all items unless specified otherwise, is 6 weeks from order confirmation date.

Please always refer to the delivery time that is calculated based on your specific order and clearly communicated to you before check-out. 

Delivery will be made exclusively to the street level: the trucker unloads the supplies from his vehicle at the "street level". The courier shall not be obliged to make delivery to any upper floors.

Delivery does not include the assembly of items, unpacking or any debris removal.

Delivery times vary depending on product availability and where the order is to be delivered. Occasional delays may occur during peak periods or in the case of unexpected events. 

Shipping fees will be displayed at the checkout and are calculated based on the delivery address and the weight-volume of your order.

If you have given us your email address, you will receive a confirmation with your expected delivery details.

If your country is not listed in the shipping destinations at check-out, you may still be able to place an order with us. Please email us with your details and delivery address and we will do our best to assist you in placing your order.
